First I Listen

Working Together

Psychotherapy can help us understand not only what is difficult now, but the experiences and patterns that may sit beneath it. Anxiety, depression, loss, anger or relationship difficulties may bring you to therapy, while our work can also explore how your experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others.

Our work develops through what you bring and what we begin to notice together. What happens between us in therapy can also help us understand patterns that may be happening elsewhere in your life. I bring my training and experience, adapting how I work to you and drawing on Transactional Analysis, humanistic and somatic approaches. This allows us to explore thoughts and feelings, relationships and past experiences, alongside what may be communicated through the body.

Over time, greater understanding can create more choice in how you respond, strengthen resilience and open up possibilities for meaningful and lasting change.
